In advancing the current Bromley Property Company (BPC) website and its features (both of which sit in the Sites Done Right platform), we’ll carry out the following set of actions:

Rightmove + Zoopla Integration

• Introduce the ability to push properties over to these platforms automatically
• Matching fields in Sites Done Right to those in Zoopla and Rightmove to achieve a seamless integration

PDF Design Updates

• Apply tweaks to the generated PDF
• Make template look more visually appealing
• Reduce the overall page count of the document (better-utilising space)

Powerpoint File Template Creation

• Design and create a new series of slides
• Place the focus on the need to advertise more custom commercial properties with unique parameters
• Share the full assets upon completion of this task

Vendor + Applicant Manager

• Allow you to create contacts in the system
• Enable tagging as either vendor, landlord or applicant
• Update to the property manager to attach vendor/landlord to property

Property Applicant Marketing Scheduling (Applicant Matching)

• Allow applicants to choose how frequently they’d like to be contacted about new properties
• Give applicants the ability to  select their property preferences, for example, min/max price or min/max bedrooms
• Whilst email design templates can be added in our platform today at no additional cost, we will need to confirm the cost of an email broadcasting provider (like Mandrill by MailChimp) to actually send the emails to applicants
