Website + Database Functionality [Payment 1]

We will be providing a customised Sites Done Right install for Education Made. This means they’ll benefit from the fixed subscription rate of being a Sites Done Right customer and it’s standard out-of-the-box features, whilst having tailored features specific to their business needs which will be created at an ad-hoc rate.

Monthly Subscription

In the monthly subscription charge of the service is £99 + VAT per month we cover your hosting and website maintenance. You’ll also get a website that’s desktop and mobile-friendly that you can update anytime. The best part is automatic access to new features as they are released. So in a nutshell, we do all the following for your site:

The features that come as standard include the following templated areas and much more:

• Pages + Posts (Blog)
• Careers, Teams + Departments
• Social, CTAs + Forms
• Services, Solutions + Case Studies
• Testimonials, FAQs + Resources
• Grader (for determining and improving the likelihood of your pages are to be found on Google)
• Locations (for promoting your services/solutions in set geographic locations)
• CopyASSIST (our content creation tool)

As discussed we provide support on using these areas via help sections, in-system wizards, our knowledge base, and much valued live chat.

Customised Database Features

On the side of Supplier/Presenter Content Type features, we’ll implement the ability:

• for each supplier/presenter to add a background/description
• to include a cover image
• to add a thumbnail
• to have video/image galleries (video to be served from YouTube + Vimeo links)

With promoted courses + workshops, you will have:

• functionality for each course to be assigned to a given partner/presenter
• tools for any given partner/presenter to advertise multiple courses they make available
• criteria setting options (such as price, age group, duration, location etc)
• an in-depth review system which also attaches itself to courses
• appointments that are booked against courses rather than supplier/presenter (which helps to qualify the conversation ahead of time)

On the calendar side of things, there will be:

• the introduction of an events calendar and online calendar view
• reporting
• the provision of a simple dashboard with engagement metrics for suppliers

Payments

The total project cost for the custom functionality will be £3000.00 + VAT, which will be charged 50% of this rate upfront and 50% on completion.

This proposal represents £1,500.00 + VAT which is the first portion of this project.
