With the global crisis affecting business communities, here is what we are doing at Sites Done Right to ensure continuity of service for our valued customers.
As a primarily cloud based business, our day-to-day operations will not change in a significant way at Sites Done Right.

Our team will be working remotely over this period and until guidance suggests otherwise, but will have full access to all operational parts of our platform. This means that updates will continue to be applied in line with our existing road map.

If you are in need of accessing your work computers remotely, options include:
In the event you need support in setting up one or more of these services, we can highly recommend our friends at IT Eye, who have longstanding experience in IT Support including remote access and control.
As a growing business, it is important and responsible to keep your prospects and customers apprised of your own processes for mitigating risk during this time.
You'll want to consider including information like:
To help in this process, we've create a short form you can fill in to generate a COVID-19 response message that you can add to your own website, share with your customers via email etc. Please use it below.
